I wish I could give this toner cartridge 5 stars.
• It lasts a long time
* Installation in the printer is easy & no toner escapes to make a mess
But I cannot award it a perfect score because it is so expensive.

HP 201x Cyan Ink Cartridge
I ordered the cartridge 10 days ago and never arrived. I called the 800 number and they said they couldn’t help me. I called the store location and I will try to track it down. I need a scorcher today it’s taking too long.

Defective. Again.
I have had nothing but issues with HP toner cartridges. Towards the end of the last Cyan one's life, the printer stopped telling me how much toner was left in it and then started giving me error messages claiming that it was "counterfeit." It wasn't. Flawed arrival
The package arrived a day lated, having been opened and scotched taped closed. I would not have accepted it but for the fact that it became time consuming and oppresive to try to return it. From here on, I buy the product from the retailiers where I have a choice.

Required Toner for HP All In One Printer
No other brands give the exacting results. Of course, it's disturbing to constantly pay a premium for HP cartridges.
