Everything was as stated with speed.
The product is completely married to the printer. So easy to install. No hassles and no problems. I think the word is seamlessly.

Profit Before People
HP charges way to much for toner cartridges.

It's a black toner!
Pros:
I ordered.
The toner arrived in about 3 days.
Installation was a simple and the low toner warning indicator disappeared.
Cons:
The price.
This toner costs nearly half as much as the printer.
30 years ago toners were $120 and were rated for several thousand pages.
My conclusion is that toner is an extremely rare substance and HP is unable to find an engineer...
I ordered.

Way better than the Off-brands. No comparison!
I work at an University and they have blocked most of the name brand specific toners/inks. Partially due to costs, which I understand. But with that comes double purchases because the off-brands do not last!!! It is so frustrating! I am all about saving money, but in the long run we are actually spending more money!

Delivery was exceptional! I was told the cartridge would arrive Monday; it actually arrived earlier...and on a Saturday.
Haven't used the cartridge yet, but as long as it's an HP product, I should be pleased. The cost of these cartridges are outrageous; however, I was able to apply your coupon which helped greatly.

It's a toner cartridge
Easy to order, arrived timely, and easy to install. Works well in the printer. I expect no less of HP. The HP name justified the significant additional price over other cartridges.

They've always done a good job.

Long lasting excellent quality
This is a great cartridge for your Laser Printer. It lasts a really long time and produces beautiful documents.

It is defective and will not fit on my printer!
I cannot teach a human at HP to replace this cartridge. It is really impossible to talk to anyone! I will never buy online again from them. At least Staples has a store I can walk into
