Continual Printing
I usually get the regular toner, but I've been using a lot of toner in the last month, thought I give the High Yield a try. It is worth every penny. I love it. Now I don't have to worry about printing multiple large documents and when the toner will run out anymore. Will make this purchase again!

Less pages than advertised
The black cartridge is a genuine HP cartridge however, my printer is only showing me 2,250 pages on the supplies status page.
When I searched the internet for this cartridge I found that the advertised number of pages should be closer to 2,800 pages!
Maybe I will get more than 2,250 pages but would have much preferred to see a display of 2,800 pages or thereabouts on ...

wrong ink ordered through the app
it is absolutely the wrong ink for my machine, even though i ordered it through the app. i thought that it would align with the printer i have, and it did not. and i have had the most difficult time returning it. i have been disappointed with my experience with hp.
