Everything was as stated with speed.
The product is completely married to the printer. So easy to install. No hassles and no problems. I think the word is seamlessly.

Cartridge change alert well before it was empty.
Your printer does not track usage properly. I was able to to print several hundreds of pages with no decrease of magenta after the printer stated that I had to change the cartridge. As well, getting continual messages for a review was not appreciated. In fact I was not going to give any review at all but your almost scan level of messages pushed me to give this review i...

Ink is good, price for ink is insane
This cartridge is the perfect fix, like it should be since is is a HP printer and HP ink. the Price of ink is ridiculous .

Defective Cartridge
In 15 years this is the first defective cartridge I ever received, was leaving streaks on the paper. Replaced with a new cartridge and issue was resolved, hoping to get a return or replacement from staples. Delivery was fast, but poor quality control from HP on the cartridge

Price Gauging
The toner is fine, but the prices you charge are highway robbery. $500+ every time I need to replace all of my cartridges. You should be ashamed.

I was told by the employee that this was my only option. He loaded me up with every ink cartridge. They totaled 500$. I got home and my husband said it would be better to buy a whole new printer for the price. He looked online and was able to get ink for half the price.
