First Delivery
This was the first time I used Staples delivery for some items I could not break from work to pick up. Amazing... It worked almost effortless. The HP toner cartridges as always were as expected--GOOD!

Not compatible
I ordered this after searching for my printer name/number and this came up. Upon attempting to install I found it wasn’t compatible.

Quality but very very expensive
Buying HP toner is almost as expensive as rent! If there was a good "other" brand I would stop buying HP toner! Extortion!

Good but expensive
The ink cartridge works fine. Easy to install. Just expensive in terms of what you get with the yield.

Defective Cartridge
In 15 years this is the first defective cartridge I ever received was leaving streaks on the paper. Replaced with a new cartridge and issue was resolved hoping to get a return or replacement from staples. Delivery was fast but poor quality control from HP on the cartridge

What about it?
Product is excellent. Trying to get to authenticate its originally online is THE problem. The site kept showing me internet communication problems. It is definitely not on my end. Everything is working here.

Great Product!
Extra toner supply means I don’t have to worry about having to change out toner in the midst of a big printing project or worrying about any copies coming out barely readable.
