First Delivery
This was the first time I used Staples delivery for some items I could not break from work to pick up. Amazing... It worked almost effortless. The HP toner cartridges as always were as expected--GOOD!

Not compatible
I ordered this after searching for my printer name/number and this came up. Upon attempting to install I found it wasn’t compatible.

Yellow Cartridge
I really do like the ease in removing old cartridges and installing new ones. This gets five stars. What I don't like is the cartridge price. My daughter and I are artists of sorts and seem to use up color cartridges quickly. Price and cartridge life get two stars. Also NOT A FAULT OF THE CARTRIDGES but I wish images wouldn't print out SO MUCH DARKER than what appea...

Saves a trip to the store with the extra capacity
The extra capacity of the black toner helps a lot since I print in black and white mostly.

I'd much prefer 201X because it lasts longer but you don't sell that in your store so I got what you had.
