31-3/16" - Just 3/16" TOO LARGE!!
Bigger isn't always better. I verified the manufacturer specs on the item in both inches and centimeters and they both stated, or converted to, exactly 31". And that is the size of the area otherwise the bi-fold door would hit. And unfortunately not only did the door hit, but it bit into a hollow spot on the door and damaged it.

It throws machine out of balance
You'd think this would work with no problems. Well, I just purchased a new top loader and this underneath it caused the machine to walk forward and throw itself out of balance. Also, caused loud vibration noise--I initially thought it was the machine, removed this from under it and voila the vibration noises stopped.

Size was true to measurements. The drain pipe connector, washer and pvc bolt included were helpful, didn’t end up having to use it though as our drain already had the aspects installed from the previous homeowner.
