GoFit Yoga Mat with Yoga Posture Poster this is a great Matt for the price. It is non slip cleans up easily and fits in most yoga bags. I like that it comes with a poster of poses I keep it on my door to remind me to work out each day.

This is a really nice mat, good size and I especially love the thickness. So much better having this extra padding on a wooden studio floor. Someone commented to me at a yoga class that they had mat envy because mine looked so thick. I love my yoga mat. I am into health and fitness. Working out every morning is just part of my daily routine. This mat adds comfort when you are doing floor exercise. It’s got some nice cushioning left on it. It’s also easy to clean with a damp cloth. They are reasonably priced almost anywhere.

It made it somewhat softer for my one yoga class. But do plan on using the chart to help my mobility.

I got the gofit yoga mat pretty quickly which was awesome. It's really comfortable and easy to transport. I enjoy using it.
