I'm not that fast, so this jump rope is perfect for me, I still have a Buddy Lee jump rope and although it's an excellent rope, it's too fast for my level so this one is perfect for beginners and cross trainers.

Excellent ropemine was rattling a little bit, but i stuffed some paper towels in the handles and it fixed the problem. Great rope!

My brother-in-law (BIL) wanted a weighted jump rope for Christmas this year. As he did not list a particular brand/type/etc. and is extremely picky about his exercise gear, I was nervous to purchase this. Excellent product. Easy adjustment for weights... It could use one or two other inserts, but it is completely useful as is. And i was easily able to shorten the length by adjusting the internal clips/
