Right One works every time.
HP order 128 cartridge and would not work. Only 312A, The HP web ordered 128 in error. Credit was to be given.

The HP LaserJet is a very good product. My printer works very well and this is the type of ink cartridge that my printer recommends. My store was out of this product, but the salesman went on his computer & ordered it for me. I had it delivered at this store & picked it up. It was a smooth transaction. The staff at Staples was extremely helpful!

We have been using the HP 312A Black Toner for the past year. It has yielded exceptional print to
the end of it's use. It hasn't smeared are missed a print.
