Cost
Too expensive. Had many printers currently and in past. This one hits the top in terms of being the most expensive.

HP LaserJet
The HP LaserJet is a very good product. My printer works very well and this is the type of ink cartridge that my printer recommends. My store was out of this product but the salesman went on his computer & ordered it for me. I had it delivered at this store & picked it up. It was a smooth transaction. The staff at Staples was extremely helpful!

Trust the original
I have a small home office and I use both HP & Brother color & mono laser printers. I believe in using only original manufactured toners I've tried the off brands mostly with bad results. My MFP-M476 color printer produces vibrant color so I trust the original.

Authentic HP Cartridges
There's nothing like the original manufacturer's replacement toner cartridges compared to so-called "equivalent" off name or refurbished cartridges. By the way for a good competitive price as well.
