Product continually throws error message that says remove shipping lock. Followed all the steps to potentially clear it. Everything is installed as it should be and it still does not work. The product is worthless.

HP toners
I don't use anything but HP toners for my printer. No danger of damaging my machine with them. I get a lot of pages from them also.

Just Works
Not sure what else I can say about a toner cartridge our small office goes through 1 or 2 a year and we are more then happy with the number of pages we get and the quality.

This product has worked great with our printer. Price is a bit high but it is convenient to order and get next day delivery or instore pick-up within 1 hr.

I stay with HP cartridges because they work!
I use HP paper and toner and ink because they engineer quality. My first laser lasted 10 years and got two kids through high school projects.

HP LaserJet
The HP LaserJet is a very good product. My printer works very well and this is the type of ink cartridge that my printer recommends. My store was out of this product but the salesman went on his computer & ordered it for me. I had it delivered at this store & picked it up. It was a smooth transaction. The staff at Staples was extremely helpful!
