Dependable
I love the way my printer prints when my ink tank is on full. Even though it’s an older model printer, the pics are clear and the color is vibrant.

Toner is as solid as their printers.
HP toner is as solid as their printers. I've had two laser printers from HP and they last a long time and the output is superb.

Product continually throws error message that says remove shipping lock. Followed all the steps to potentially clear it. Everything is installed as it should be and it still does not work. The product is worthless.

HP genuine toner
Factory cartridges are expensive but give long life with consistently good quality. My last black cartridge lasted two years and well over 5000 copies.
