My items were delivered on time as
I ordered black ink replacement about a month ago. Process of placing infer on line was easy and it was delivered in the time line they specified.

Great product
The last time we needed an ink cartridge we went to a no name brand and it was terrible it was so bad that I made a decision not to ever do that again

Easy purchase, reasonable price

A simple cartridge fixed my printer
I "thought" i was saving money by buying "non-hp" cartridges, and although printing looked OK for a couple weeks, even though I was below the page count for the "cheap" cartridges I bought, the printing was light and fading. Easy to install
I purchased a replacment Toner cartridge. It is easy to install and prints well to the end. I don't have to take the cartridge out and tip it back and forth like toner in other types of printers.
