I always buy ahead so I'm not caught in the middle of a print job and no cartridge. Staples always provides me with the best and in stock.

Good product poor Staples service
The product was fine. It was the online ordering and pickup that left a lot to be desired. I had to wait in line when I arrived at the store and the product was not ready even though I had gotten a text telling me it was ready and I responded that I was on my way to pick it up. It's HP's fault not Staples: I used to be able to purchase the combo of XL Black and XL Tri-color as one purchase. Now they've switched it to XL Black and regular Tri-color so that they won't last the same amount of time. If I want to buy XL for both it's two separate purchases which is significantly more expensive. As it is the price has increased a lot - this is t...
