It's HP's fault not Staples: I used to be able to purchase the combo of XL Black and XL Tri-color as one purchase. Now they've switched it to XL Black and regular Tri-color so that they won't last the same amount of time. Double Ink Cartridge Pkg
When I received my package the black ink cartridge was empty. It did not work. I called my local Staples and explained and was told to bring it in which I did. No hassels whatsoever. My only problem was that I ordered it online so as to not have to drive 30 minutes oneway to buy it to which I ended up doing to replace it. But alls good.

Hi Janice One hundred copies is a bit low in terms of yields. Our yields are averages meaning each user gets a slightly different amount of pages. Still there are many things to change the outcome. Pictures diagrams or tables use up more ink. Grayscale saves on color ink required for all printers. Long print jobs could cause the cartridge to be clogged. Ink - price matching
Thanks for the price matching. I bought this ink for a small storefront church so they are very appreciative of the extra savings. I did not however receive the Free $10 HP Instant Ink Subscription Service Credit (Email Delivery) nor was it even mentioned.

Ink cartridge purchase
Sales person was great but I can’t ever seem to get my credits for returning in cartridges . I turn them in and never get credit.
