I love how fast I get the ink when I order it.
I love how fast I get the ink when I order it. It is usually cheaper than the stores and the ink if wonderful. Lasts as long as they said it would.

I'm a retired person. I do not print much. I did print out some information for my niece on baby strollers, car seats and cribs from Consumer Reports. There isn't any way that I printed out 480 sheets of paper before I had to go to the store and get another cartridge. Now I'll go to Consumer Reports to see which printer I should have bought.

Exceeded Expectations
Ordered Friday and received it Monday. Cannot expect anything better than that.
The price was much better than going to buy one say at Costco or at another store.

Great customer service
There was a mix up in my shipping and I didn’t receive my ink. I called customer service and they took care of it so easily and in a timely manner. So happy with my experience. I love the fast free shipping!

Dependable Ctg. for my office printing/copying needs
The ink provides my printer with uniformly consistant print either in normal or extra mode.
I can always depend on good, clear documents to send to clients and others,
I wish the cartridge had more capacity to avoid running out of ink less often,

ink cartridge doesn't work
I ordered 2 HP 63 ink cartridges recently for my HP Deskjet 1112, 1 B&W, 1 color.
The color cartridge works fine. The B&W cartridge kept giving me an error message that it's not the right cartridge or is defective. I placed a request for a return/replacement yesterday, and received a new ink cartridge today. Same message.

Fast Delivery and Install of my Ink Cartridge!
I am very pleased with my purchase of the Black Original Ink Cartridge! I had help from the very nice sales representative, who made the purchase for me. All I had to do was: confirm it, in my account. Now that's Super Service! I received the ink on Monday morning, as I needed it right away. It was very easy to install. l and printed my document right way.

Low Yield
Up to 190 pages? Didn't even make it to 40 before the ink ran out. I use my printer as little as possible and still need to refill every few months because the ink is gone so quick.
