It's HP's fault not Staples: I used to be able to purchase the combo of XL Black and XL Tri-color as one purchase. Now they've switched it to XL Black and regular Tri-color so that they won't last the same amount of time. If I want to buy XL for both it's two separate purchases which is significantly more expensive. As it is the price has increased a lot - this is t...

Great Products
The store is laid out nicely I found what I needed rather quickly. The service is good the young man that waited me had a cast on his leg. So I imagine his perspective of the day wasn't great. But that's the way it is sometimes. I've had others wait on me and were very pleasant.

Far too expensive!
Just don’t like HP anymore. Feel they like you with the ink cartridge prices! I have always been taken back about how expensive these things are. Makes me wonder why they do this. I will be making changes to the why I print and how I print. I don’t expect to use HP products any longer.

Over priced Item
Paying over 80 dollar's for one Exter large printer ink refill and standard color refill is just to much

Product great! Oversized packaging to ship it in was a huge waste!
The ink is great but the box it arrived in was a very oversized box! What a waste of cardboard when it could have been put into a mailer envelope or a box much more the size of the ink packaging. Very disappointed to see such wasteful packaging. It gives buying on line a bad name.

I purchased two remanufactured ink cartridges both where no good so I ordered and HP ink cartridge and it worked. So much for saving money.

My Hewit-Packard printer wouldn't print until I put in a black authentic HP cartridge and still wouldn't print until I put in HP 63 Color ink cartridge
