I love how fast I get the ink when I order it.
I love how fast I get the ink when I order it. It is usually cheaper than the stores and the ink if wonderful. Lasts as long as they said it would.

I'm a retired person. I do not print much. I did print out some information for my niece on baby strollers, car seats and cribs from Consumer Reports. There isn't any way that I printed out 480 sheets of paper before I had to go to the store and get another cartridge. Now I'll go to Consumer Reports to see which printer I should have bought.

Go product and always work. Never on discount but recycle the used cartridges to get $2 off of every cartridge.

It works fine.
I wanted the xl but the store was out. This will do for a short time. It works perfectly and is just as good as the xl ink just not cost effective.

HP Black Ink is what I expected it to be
I expected this to be nothing more than a black ink cartridge capable of printing on my office jet printer. I never had a ink black ink cartridge that wasn't capable of putting out black ink on a white paper unless it was empty.

Works smoothly.
Overall a very good product. There are a few items I would change.
1) The default position for copying should be black not color.
2) The position on the glass should start from the far left not the far right.
3) The print quality deteriorates when the cartridge still has ink, but is about 1/4 full.
