It's HP's fault not Staples: I used to be able to purchase the combo of XL Black and XL Tri-color as one purchase. Now they've switched it to XL Black and regular Tri-color so that they won't last the same amount of time. If I want to buy XL for both it's two separate purchases which is significantly more expensive. As it is the price has increased a lot - this is t...

Love the XL color cartridges
The XL color cartridges really do last me quite a long time and I use color printing frequently. I've been buying these for years now and that's because they definitely do the work well for me.

This ink cartridge often is damaged.
I have a printer that needs this specific ink. I definitely don’t recommend it. Twice it didn’t have much ink in the cartridges and loses inkQuickly.

I came to the Menlo park location. Adrian helpedfind what I was looking for. He was very friendlyand informed me I could get a recycling credit which was nice to hear I'd Adrian to be recognized for his professionally during my visit.

Good product but customer service at this location is horrible. It gets so frustrating to deal with people who clearly do not want to work with people that’s why I prefer to shop on line as much as possible.
