I love how fast I get the ink when I order it.
I love how fast I get the ink when I order it. It is usually cheaper than the stores and the ink if wonderful. Lasts as long as they said it would.

I'm a retired person. I do not print much. I did print out some information for my niece on baby strollers, car seats and cribs from Consumer Reports. There isn't any way that I printed out 480 sheets of paper before I had to go to the store and get another cartridge. Now I'll go to Consumer Reports to see which printer I should have bought.

Seems to me the ink coverage is not as great as it once was. Have not taken time to watch the paper printed count but does not seem to last as long as it use to.

Not good quality
I just bought this and have barely used it. It's already telling me that there is no more ink left. I've never had problems like this before. I'm usually very happy with the ink and how long it lasts. However, this time it's not good. That's why the poor rating.

Great Service!
I called at 12:30 just as the manager told me to do so the day before because of a shipment arriving. I explained to the person who answered the situation from the day before. She sd. She would hold a HP63 Black for me until I was able to get there. Lucky for me she did as there were none left when I walked in…except for the one the Staples employee held for me.

I wanted HP 63 XL but you didn't have it so, disappointingly, I had to get these. I haven't used them yet so cannot rate actual product, but in my memory these non-XL ones run out of ink too fast and need changing too soon!
I was also very disappointed with the 'flag,' which I thought would be like post-it notes.
Scotch tape is fine.
Service and delivery were excell...
