Don't bother!
If I cold give this chair mat less than 1 star i would! I've only had it for 6 weeks and it has already cracked in several places! I will be contacting the manufacturer about a replacement or refund!

short lived
I only had this porduct 5 months and already cracked in 3 places. should be able to get an up graded product yes I bought the correct one my carpet only 1/2 in suppose to work up to 3/4 in. will attempt to return we will see how that goes. depends on what a lifetime limited warranty is

Not good for 1/2"
Measured my carpet at 1/2" pile before ordering this mat. Bought this as medium-pile but it doesn't handle my 1/2" pile without slipping. Slowly over time the mat moves. I find that I need to adjust it every few days. No good for 1/2" pile might work better for lower-pile.

My carpet has been saved…
The chair mat was reasonably priced and the fact that it’s made from sustainable materials is a bonus. My office chair is no longer entrenched in the carpet (I will however miss the upper body workout gained from trying to push the chair under the desk at the end of the day) and I can roll in my chair to my heart’s content.

Mat is too thin
This mat is too thin for med-pile carpet it won't last very long this is disappointing.

Multiple Cracks
When I first got the mat I was happy with the way it layed flat on the carpet but after 1 month it began to crack in several areas. Kind of expensive for one month of use. Unhappy with durability.
