Mat is too thin
This mat is too thin for med-pile carpet, it won't last very long, this is disappointing.

Multiple Cracks
When I first got the mat I was happy with the way it layed flat on the carpet but after 1 month, it began to crack in several areas. Kind of expensive for one month of use. Unhappy with durability.

Disappointing
Bought in March. Started cracking in May and is junk by end of June. We have a commercial grade low carpet in the office.

Poor quality
Ordered on 5/17/22, received a few days later. Cracked on May 26th. Contacted Staples on 6/2/2022 to exchange and was told it was beyond the 14 day return period. Agent was able to over-ride and send me a new one. Mat should not crack that quickly. Had previous mat for more than 2 years.

Perfect for a while
Looked and worked great for ~7 months. Then suddenly become brittle and cracked with every move of my chair. Within 2 weeks became useless with hundreds of small cracks.

1st one delivered was bad!!!!
It had a bow and would not lay flat! Staples replaced it and the second on is fine.

DO NOT BUY POOR QUALITY DOES NOT LAST
I USED THIS WITH MY OFFICE WHEELED CHAIR ALL DAY. IT DENTED IN ONE WEEK, THEN CRACKED IN 2 WEEKS, AND BROKEN PIECES CAME OFF IN ONE MONTH. IT WAS PAST RETURN DATE BUT STAPLES REFUNDED MY MONEY WITHOUT A RETURN

Cheap
Purchased this mat on 7/27/21 and 2 weeks later, it was already cracking. I purchased it because it was biobased and from a small company. I'm going back to the chemical ladden mats.

Cracks in Mat Already
I received this chair mat two weeks ago and it has a crack already. I kept hearing a pop when moving around in my chair, so I checked the chair wheels to see if the wheels were making the noise, but they were alright. It does what it supposed to do
It’s a mat for my desk chair. It doesn’t move when I roll on it and hasn’t broken in the week that I’ve had it, so 5 stars.
The best part of the deal is that the first one I was sent had a hole in it. Staples sent me another the picked up the first one. That was great service.

Great for sensitive lungs!
One of the only chair mats I've found that doesn't have that horrible plasticky off-gassing smell. Even better is that it's relatively affordable too!

Almost very good
I needed a large floor cover for my desk. This is the best I could find. It is a fast delivery. I just wish it is 5 inches wider and a little thicker.
