Name tag holder and Covid Vaccine Card holder too.
A great way to have staff put their name tag in the holder and place it on their clothing or on their desk. It also turns out to be the perfect size for a Covid Vaccination card.

Good and durable
these nametags will work just fine and was actually looking for even smaller badge holders for inserts that are size 2 1/4" x 3 1/2" (Avery template 5390). They are hard to find for some reason and the Advantus may be the smallest available. The price is great and the badge holders feel quite durable.

Ordered these to try and save a little money from the name brand as well as because I already had pages of the Avery 3x4 blank inserts. Overall quality was good. I didn't like that the back was not straight across, but not a big deal. However, I did have to trim off probably a 1/8th inch amount of the short side of the inserts so that they would fit.
