Apple MagSafe Power Adapter
I purchased the Apple MagSafe power adapter in hopes of charging and learning to use an old Apple MacBook Pro. Unfortunately, the trackpad was not functional and not repairable. The MacBook had no trade-in value so I turned it in for recycling. I no longer needed the power adapter so I returned it to Staples.

WRONG!
When I purchased this charger I was fully prepared for what I needed. Apple Support gave me the exact specifications. Also, I took in my laptop and the clerk looked at the ports to make sure it was the right one.
BUT IT WAS NOT. So I returned it. End of story.

Helpful and Efficient
I went to Staples to replace the charger for my laptop. After unsuccessfully trying to find it myself, I asked for help from Evelyn. Not only did she take me directly to what I needed, but showed me how to install the Staples app on my phone and get a discount. It was a great shopping experience.
