Terrible wrist support.
I bought this for support of my wrist while typing. It makes the situation worse. It is too high and puts your wrist at bad angle. Don't buy it!

Seems to be helping to relieve Carpal Tunnel
I've developed carpal tunnel syndrome and I knew I needed a different mouse pad. I hadn't planned on getting the keyboard wrist rest too but figured I'd try both of these Kensington products. It took a little getting used to something being in front of my keyboard but I do believe it has helped. And it doesn't hurt that they're pretty!

Visually Appealing
The wrist rest has added comfort to my wrists and is also cool to the touch. I would defiantly recommend if you are at typing/keying consistently.

Specs didn’t lie but is rather long more so than your average. Gave to 6 yo nephew for virtual school and he struggles a bit to adjust it
