Overall Satisfied!

Directions are easy to follow - support both screw and stick applications, looks sleek, pump design also works well. My only feedback would be the side pieces for the razer - I put mine on the opposite side I desired - which was difficult to swap, other than that, 5/5 overall rating! Will be returning to outfit second bathroom and gift item in future.

Great quality shampoo pumps

Really top quality and smooth trigger dispensing, look great if slightly over large but then less frequent filling

One unit stopped working

After mounting the unit one of the wall pump mount stopped working. Flushed the unit out and still failed to work.

Should have done this years ag

This is so much easier than baskets and hanging things and clutter in the shower. They fixed the wall dispense what you want and they are not in your way.

Excellent Product

This is my second wall mounted pump as I was so pleased with the first one almost 5 years ago. Well made, clear instructions easy to fit. I was pleased to see the addition of handy hook option, shame this was not available with my first one.

Excellent value

Looks great

Easy to put up. Looks nice in our shower. Wish the labels were more legible. Good thing the products in the dispenser are very different colors.

Great idea and product “BUT!

The item came in a well packaged box but upon its installation I noticed several nicks in the stainless steel pull pump
Which looks like they have poor quality review issues. Works great other than it poor looks

Leaked from the bottom, but was able to fix

I ordered 2 sets of the shampoo - body wash wall dispensers. 1 with 3 dispensers , and 1 with 2 dispenser. One of the dispensers poured out body wash from the underneath as soon as I filled it.
Thankfully I was able to disassemble the dispenser and discovered the small tube connecting the pump mechanism to the body wash reservoir wasn’t attached. I reattached the conn...

Adhesive fails quickly

Had on the shower wall, nowhere near the stream of water even, the adhesive failed in less than a year, and the whole unit was falling off the wall.. If you plan on using this with the sticky pad, don’t.

Just Doesn't Work.

I now have bought/received 6 of these pumps. An original 3 pump set, one replacement after it stopped pumping.. and now these two to replace the other originals that have also stopped working. Only one of the six actually work (the one that was sent as a replacement)... An 83% failure rate is not great, and it's really challenging to get help... or a working product. I'...

Adhesive failed

We were concerned about the adhesive patch holding up, and about a week after installation, a crash in the middle of the night woke us up. Plastic shards all over the shower floor and a big mess to clean. Very disappointing considering how costly this was. The liquid adhesive on a less expensive product in the other shower is still holding strong.
