simplehuman really stands behind their products...
We have a dispenser for shampoo and conditioner for the shower wall. One of the pumps broke and I contacted simplehuman customer support, planning to BUY a replacement. Guess what? These things have a 5-year warranty and they sent me a replacement for FREE! Excellent customer service. THANK YOU!

Not working as hoped
We put moisturizing lotion in it and it doesn’t work. We are returning it. They work well for shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap.

I love these simple human
I love these simple human dispensers for shower. . . however this is my third one for the shampoo!
I bought as a set and the one I have shampoo in doesn't last. . . but I still love simploehuman products!

This was actually a warranty replacement. I was so impressed buy the item being under warranty but the quality is so great and is used every day.

Great product!
The Simplehuman dispensers work amazing! I bought 2 double units. I am so happy with the outstanding quality. I did have an issue with one. I did fill out the warranty. With a simple text explaining the problem and attaching a video, Simplehuman sent me a replacement. Outstanding products backed by excellent customer service!! Look no further!!

This is our second one. We've had our 1st for years. Only reason for this purchase is to replace the one we have due to rust. My wish from this day going forward is that all companys take pride in the product they sell and make it to last. There's so much waste on our lands. I love it but
This is my second one I had to get a replacement because the pump clogged … I when changing out shampooos or conditioners it is important to rinse canister out completely

wall mount pumps
The new one works well, but I have only had it for a week. It is a replacement for one of the pumps that worked only about 5-6 months on a double that I bought last Jan.

So glad I purchased. I used the adhesive tape to stick it to by bathroom wall to free up corner space. The adhesive is holding like a champ. I would buy again
