Gives no support
Do not buy. It is way to small to be effective and the cord that holds it is too big. I can’t get it to stay in any position. It slides down in the wrong spot. I have purchased larger ones in the past. Need to do that again.

I have been looking for this solution
I have been looking for a lumbar pillow to carry with me to sit in uncomfortable chairs. I am petite and it is difficult to find a comfortable chair to sit in for 1-2 or more hours. The Fellowes I-Spire Series Lumber Back Support Pillow is a good solution. It is easy to carry (and I have to be careful not to leave it behind) and gives good support.

didn't work for me
I thought this would be perfect for my Aeron chair but i had to return it. There was no way for it to stay in place in the placement that would have made it useful.

Great support & Easily Adjustable
Just what I was looking for a slightly more support and it dose that. Easily to adjust up/down to what ever back area of the chair.

A huge difference
I usually use a stand-up desk but when I recently had to sit for a little while my back was killing me. I bought the Fellowes back support and it was great! I didn't feel any back pain. It provides good support. It's comfortable and fits my desk chair perfectly!

Good concept
This is a good product and I would have given the it 5 stars but I had to return it to the store because it was to thick for my needs. If it were about 2 inches instead of 3 it would have been perfect!

Not good for me
Had to return. The chair it was to be used on does not allow me to use this product. It needs to be used on a chair that has a solid back and mine has an opening between the seat & back portion.

THIS WORKS GREAT! STAYS IN PLACE I GOT THIS BECAUSE MY CHAIR WOULD NOT WORK WITH THE OTHERS THAT ARE AVALIBLE. THE STRAP DOES NEED TO BE A BIT LONGER SO THAT IT CAN BE TIGHTER. THANK YOU

Some good and bad...
The lumbar support was nice and firm not flimsy like some I've used before. However the way it was made it kept turning over a bit so it would not stay nice and flat against the back of my office chair. Somewhat frustrating. Otherwise a decent price at a decent price.

OK not great
It would be much better if it had an air bladder or was adjustable in some way. it's OK it does the job but if you need something thicker or thinner you're out of luck.
