disappointed
bought these for my store they don't hold up long like Monarch's the tag's get stuck constantly and ruin the needles.

When I read the previous reviews I thought this would be a good product- nope. I thought it would at least work- nope. I can't return it because I threw away the packaging. A waste of time and money

Needle broke on the first use
The very first time I went to use the gun the hanger jammed and the case around the needle broke. Returning it to find a better quality gun.
