Total incompetence
Not sure where to start- simple order of printer ink. Never delivered : "order declined" which was a fabrication. Called re-ordered. Next day call: no record of re-order. Asked to have order cancelled. Received e-mail confirming cancellation. Then was notified "my order has arrived" If that can't handle something this simple why ever shop there??

Original Brother Black Ink Cartridge
I purchased other brands' black ink cartridges, but my Brothers Printer did not accept them. So I went back to the original, and this Brother cartridge has performed very well. I am happy with it.

Color Printing
Black print is fine, but printing in color streaks. I have cleaned the printer heads several times. I purchased Brother ink cartridges.

Brother Printer & Replacement Ink Cartridges
I purchased a Brother Inkjet Printer from Staples close to 7 years ago and have been purchasing the replacement ink cartridges through Staples as well. Brother color toner XXL 3 pack
This is an item that was online ordering only so I was excited to see it available in the store. I love my brother printer. The toner is cheaper than HP and last 3 times as long (black XXL 5000 pages color XXL is between 1000-2 500 depending on color used on the pages.
