This chair is very difficult to assemble, but I took my time to do it. The difficulty is where you put that black dome like cap as theneumatic cables are blocking the access. The other major flaw is when you torque the bolts to attach arm rests to the base and back rest they keep rotating and not able to torque them. So at the end I am left with wobbly arm rests. Nice chair but tips forward
THe chair is great and very comfortable but when positioned straight up it tips forward. The bolts for the front mounting holes were long enough that I was able to insert 3 wooden shims on each side raising the front of the chair by 2 inches to make it level. It is perfect now.

No longer comfortable
Ordered 3/3/2021. I use this chair approximately 2-3 hours everyday and twice a week for up to 9-10 hours. 240lb 6’ male. This chair has officially lost any and all lumbar support, and the cushioning under the hamstrings is nonexistent causing the legs to have unnecessary pressure from the front edge of the base. Comfortable chair with a quality control issue
The chair was easy to assemble and is very comfortable but the first one I purchased had to be returned because it had a broken base. The second one was in good condition.

Desk chair perfect for back surgery recovery

Disappointed
The box was delivered opened and in bad shape. While assembling it determined a screw was missing so had to go to Hardware store to get one. It felt like this was a chair someone may have returned or an open box model. This did not seem like it was a new chair. Very disappointed.

It's a good chair sturdy and comfortable. The buyer has to assemble it but directions are clear and simple. The delivery service however is terrible. They just dumped it in my driveway without alerting me.

The comfort of the La-Z-Boy Bradley chair allows me to spend more time at my computer (work from home) without the excruciating back pain I experience from a failed back surgery. Cannot stand and work due to back pain so must sit. It's much easier to keep good posture when sitting in this chair.
