Real leather? Bad leather!
I bought this chair for my dad about 5 years ago. He was hospitalized shortly after and barely used the chair and then it came back to me. Unfortunately the chair is not level and causes discomfort in my lower back. I exchanged for a replacement. Will see if the replacement is comfortable assuming the chair seats in a level position.

Amazing BUT
Why the hell does it only adjust in height by like 4 inches? Couldn't make it at least 8 inches???Also the arm rests came out of the package scuffed up and the edges felt like raw wood

I bought this same chair from Staples several years ago (about the same price) and I've been using it often and the black "paint" is coming off the seat and back, making it look ugly.
