Worst Purchase Ever
My previous chair from Staples lasted me damn near 20 years. This chair while it looks cool was a total lemon. After 1 year it doesn't stay up (air seal is broken). In addition the arm rest is now flat and uncomfortable and the stitching came up in less than a year.

Worst Purchase Ever

Underwhelming
First impressions - chair appears to be solidly built. The assembly of attaching the back to the seat was a challenge but rest of assembly was easy. Only tool required is Allen wrench they provide. Super comfy
I got this chair and it is sooo comfortable...this chair was so easy to put together it's really nice,great quality holds up pretty good..the arms even have the soft padding making this chair a plus..i definitely recommend this it's a great buy.

Incredible chair
I’m really amazed at this chair, I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews that people had. Really Comfortable
Great looking chair and easy to assemble. Firm support with nice stitching. The only drawback is that the stitching on the chair is starting to unravel.I haven't had the chair long and I would expect it to last over time. Other than that I love it I would definitely purchase again.

I was so excited to get this chair. You will need to assemble it. It took a little bit to put it together. Once i got it together i sat in it. Oh my it supports my bad back like a dream. Cons: I know I am not exceptionally tall. I am a female who is 5'7" tall. I wish the seat would adjust to be more than 19.5 inches from the floor to the top of the seat cushion.
