Worst Purchase Ever
My previous chair from Staples lasted me damn near 20 years. This chair while it looks cool was a total lemon. After 1 year it doesn't stay up (air seal is broken). In addition the arm rest is now flat and uncomfortable and the stitching came up in less than a year.

Worst Purchase Ever

Underwhelming
First impressions - chair appears to be solidly built. The assembly of attaching the back to the seat was a challenge but rest of assembly was easy. Only tool required is Allen wrench they provide. Not for tall people
Cons: I know I am not exceptionally tall. I am a female who is 5'7" tall. I wish the seat would adjust to be more than 19.5 inches from the floor to the top of the seat cushion. I am very pleased with this chair! The lumbar pad is very comfortable and I like the ability for the chair to rock back. I would highly recommend this chair. The price is also fantastic!
