Easy and safe to use
Easy - just drop it into a mop bucket fill with water and mop. No measuring or anything. Very nice smell

Leaking pod
The container arrived inside a plastic bag in the box and it had obviously leaked enough to soak the shipping paper that is in the bag.

The product itself is great. I would have given a 5 star rating but getting the container open was a real pain. Being able to use cold water is great because most ward houses don't have hot water upon demand. The product cleaned very well. I would recommend it.

Convenient! Compact! Cost Effective Floor Cleaner!
This has been an amazing floor cleaner - for several years now our corporate office has used this product. The maintenance team likes it because it takes up less space on the storage shelves it is concentrated - you just add water. Apparently it is effective to getting the job done.
