I had too
I had too replace a Tru Red yellow cartridge. The name brand cartridge cost me twice as much but it is at least working well with our printer.

cartridge fine but arrived very late
My order was 4 days late in arriving. I had to order it from another vendor because it took so long. I doubt I'll order from Staples again.

It's OK, but too expensive
These ink refill cartridges are way too expensive, you'd think it was liquid gold inside. What a rip off!

I couldn't find it on the shelf so I went to the front desk. I waited a while then a clerk noticed I was standing there. He looked up what I needed in a catalog and ordered it for me. It was delivered the next day. The product works great.
