It's a very good toner cartridge and meets all my printing needs.

Last for 2 weeks
This tone has very low yield, it says up to 1200 copies. I've only been able to get maybe 500. Usually my toners last at least two months with 1200 yield.

BAD INSTRUCTIONS
Once the old cartridge is removed and the new one is hooked up everything is good. However
your instructions for removal and then hooking up the new one is a joke. Try being 90
years old and doing it yourself. Once our grandson got his hands on it only took 30
minutes. I would have given you 5 stars if the instructions were better.

Greatest Cartridge is a Dell
This is the third ink cartridge I’ve had to buy. They last so long and the color is a beautiful black. I only buy Dell.

Why didn't you also offer the toner with more ink?
I ordered this when it came up as the only option for my printer toner replacement. Subsequently I found an old toner box in my office that showed it held twice as much toner. I would have appreciated having that option presented to me when I searched on toner for my printer.
