Absolute mess!
It was several days late - probably because it was on the ground in the distribution center being run over. It didn’t have any outer packaging, plastic or anything on it. Black marks and scratches all over. We cleaned it up best we could but it’s still all marked up. I’m an average size person and it leaves big dents - so the chair gets stuck. Mat works great, but delivery was not good.
Love the mat, but I saw the delivery guy on my security camera drag the mat over his head, down my driveway as best he could and dumped it on my lawn. The mat was not protected in any way. Is advertised as "enhances ergonomic comfort by allowing your rolling office chair to move freely" and "rounded AnchorBar cleats (studs) that hold your mat in place". Neither is true. Great chair mat

Nice mat but it does get indented after a while sitting on chair on it. It came without any box or anything over it and it was quite dirty. It took about an hour to get clean. Called to complain and a very nice associate gave us a substantial percentage of the cost as a refund.

Tape marks
Tape marks on plastic from shipping. It was wrapped up and taped together now it’s almost impossible to get the sticky glue from tape off that was put on for shipping purposes.

Fantastic
This is the only one I've found that didnt bunch up as the office chair rolled on top of it. I just installed new medium pile carpet with a super thick cushy padding below. This matt remains stiff and flat, making my chair roll easily and saving my carpet. This was also the best price of any similar product and had free shipping!

Much better mat for high pile carpets
We purchased this mat to permit our heavy office reclining chair to move much more freely. Our only caveat and reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because the mat was shipped without a box and folded in half. In transit, a small corner strip of .25 x 4 inches was torn from the map. High Quality Chair Mat
It sounds funny to say, but I love this chair mat! It is very thick and high quality. I have had issues in the past with thin chair mats not lasting very long but the material of this mat is very high quality and seems very durable. I have low pile carpet and this mat still works great for my office. Highly recommend!

60 x 60 chair mat for carpet
So far I like this chair mat! It was shipping without any packaging, but I actually prefer that because it arrived flat. I didn't need to unroll it nor weigh down the edges to get it to lie correctly.

Very stiff and dirty
It arrived very dirty and also has very sharp edges. We liked to never got it unrolled and enough heavy furniture piled on it to try to get it to lay flat. The edges are still curled up and can trip a person if not paying attention.

When I first received the chairmat it was DIRTY! I spent some time washing it before bringing it into my house. After normal use on standard carpet, it has started to crack! No warranty information. My advice, buy another brand
