However, we are sorry to hear about your experience with other Secret products. We are glad that you let us know, even though it happened in the past. Safety is our top priority, and all our products are thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed. Still, we do recognize that some consumers may have personal sensitivities which make them unable to tolerate a particular ingredient or formulation. If you haven’t already done so, we recommend that you discontinue using those products. Regarding the seal, we want you to know, we have strict controls to check the quality of our products throughout the manufacturing process so that they should reach you in the best possible condition. Not all antiperspirants and deodorants have a seal.  Some varieties have an inner seal covering the product but this is primarily a functional seal, holding the product in place, not a security seal. Please know that decisions to discontinue products or introduce new ones are thought out very carefully. Consumer purchasing patterns and ongoing consumer research are taken into consideration when making such important decisions. We always want to bring you the latest innovations and sometimes this means we have to say good-bye to older or favorite products, especially if demand isn’t high enough to keep making them. We do understand that loyal users like you may not be happy when one of your favorite products is gone, and we are really sorry about this. Antiperspirants protect against both wetness and odor. The level of protection provided depends on your body chemistry. Changes in diet, activity levels or stress may affect the performance of the product. It may take your body up to two weeks to adjust to a new product before you get the fullest protection against wetness. I will be sharing your comments with the rest of the team.
