The ink was fine but always have to order it, they don't stock enough of it the stores.

Major ripoff
Box states printing 550 sheets. I'm lucky if I get 50 sheets! And this is the LC203CL XL, so it's supposed to be extended life. When the printer tells me I need to change the cartridge, there is still quite a bit of ink in it. Either fix the problem or lower the price.

Quick delivery/Exact item ordered
I was a little skeptical using Staples delivery for the first time, particularly when the ordering app indicated it would take less than 24 hours to arrive. My skepticism was misplaced. The ink cartridge arrived in less than 18 hours, and saved the day and my bacon.

The item arrived in the box, however the pouch was not vacuum sealed and there was no cover on the ink jet. Do not know how long it will last or whether it was dried up when it arrived.

Cartridges Halfway filled
I bought these cartridges on May 21, and we have only printed a total of 40 pages. Of the 40 pages, 30 pages were printed in black in only. For the 10 pages printed using color, the amount of color on those pages were very minimal. When we first installed the Cyan and Magenta cartridges, they showed up as being new and full. Brother Ink cartridge and printer
Ink Cartridges, regardless of color, are usually substandard and do not work maybe the printer, which is a Brother, but in general very disappointed and cannot recommend this product.
