Good product, good price, quick delivery
Have found OEM cartridges do work better than refills. Delivery is very quick and the discounted price is very competative.

YIKES!
I have lost money using this ink...did 300 pages...all black and white and the ink just got sucked away into outer space--4 black cartridges in total.
I have had the printer/scanner, that uses this ink, less than 2 WEEKS and am ready to send it back to HP, because of the extreme ink usage.

Product is good, no doubt about that. But, BOTH, HP & STAPLES prices are a Total Rip-off. Only Purchase from them in an Emergency.. Otherwise the" " " " " " " " IDENTICAL" product is available on other websites for almost $17 to $20 less, with a little bit of time on your hands with Google Search.

Great ink but yield is very low
The ink is great but the yield is poor. I printed 50 double sided pages and and the was used. It’s time to upgrade to a printer with an ink “tank”.

one of the ink cartridge is defected. it can barely print 50 text pages and stop working.
