Good product, good price, quick delivery
Have found OEM cartridges do work better than refills. Delivery is very quick and the discounted price is very competative.

YIKES!
I have lost money using this ink...did 300 pages...all black and white and the ink just got sucked away into outer space--4 black cartridges in total.
I have had the printer/scanner, that uses this ink, less than 2 WEEKS and am ready to send it back to HP, because of the extreme ink usage.

Hard to find
I’m getting this printer ink for a while though and it works great however it is very hard to find in stores.

Quick and reliable
I always get my cartridges direct from HP. They come very quickly with the free shipping. I only use about 4-6 black and 3-4 color a year, which is surprising since I print a lot. Once I cheated with something from the supermarket that claimed to be the same, but it was not. Made me think my printer was dying, but it was the faulty cartridge.

Should buy ink from HP directly
Prior to this purchase, I bought the same product at bargain price, the black ink was all right, but color ink did not make proper color in printing the picture. This time, it came out perfect color on printing a picture.

The last cartridge I purchased about 4 months ago printed about 20 copies making the cost approximately 2.50 a copy. I therefore don’t think much about this

update your compatability list
Looking up the cartridge for HP 3830 listed HP 60 as the correct cartridge. It was HP63! I didn't realize ir until I tried to install the black cartridge.

HP Ink Cartridge
Even though HP Ink Cartridges are a little high priced, the delivery was quite prompt. No complaints. I just wish they weren't so expensive.
