Good product, good price, quick delivery
Have found OEM cartridges do work better than refills. Delivery is very quick and the discounted price is very competative.

YIKES!
I have lost money using this ink...did 300 pages...all black and white and the ink just got sucked away into outer space--4 black cartridges in total.
I have had the printer/scanner, that uses this ink, less than 2 WEEKS and am ready to send it back to HP, because of the extreme ink usage.

ink cartridge
i dont know if the ink is any good. I put the cartridge in the printer, and now the printer wont even turn on. It at least had power prior to putting the cartridge in. A waste of fifty some dollars. Now i dont even have a printer. Never again.

Clogged HP Cartridge
My most recent purchase was due to the fact that the cartridge I had previously purchased was clogged and didn't work.. In fairness this was the first time this has ever happened to me.

Ink is good. For the price it should be GREAT and last longer. Not Staples fault. Staples has one of the best prices. HP charges too much.

The ink is long lasting and is easy to keep in stock. It is nice that the cartridges can be returned for recycling.

Easy installation
I like the ease of installing HP ink cartridges in my HP Photo Smart printer / copier.
Ink prints sharp and no smudges ever. The cartridges are compact and easy to handle and easy to remove.
