Good product, good price, quick delivery
Have found OEM cartridges do work better than refills. Delivery is very quick and the discounted price is very competative.

YIKES!
I have lost money using this ink...did 300 pages...all black and white and the ink just got sucked away into outer space--4 black cartridges in total.
I have had the printer/scanner, that uses this ink, less than 2 WEEKS and am ready to send it back to HP, because of the extreme ink usage.

Dependable
I will always depend on HP ink. I've tried the compatible brands and almost ruined my printer. Plus the free shipping is nice too.

problem
This may not be the ink, but the printer will not accept them. I have spent over 2 hours cleaning the connections, and watching videos with other tips and trying them. I have never had a problem with this printer purchased at Staples before. (HPENVY 5660).,,

These are standard HP products. They are expensive, but they work well. The "XL" cartridge lasts a long time.
