Stressful
From start to finish it was a battle. They hesitated to finish my order because my name was on the account yet they didn't hesitate to take my card number before they said there was a problem (I ordered as a 'guest.') HP 60 Black & Tri-Colour Original Ink Cartridges,
The Ink cartridge is quite good as my printing comes out very clear and sharp. Also does last for a reasonable period of time depending on volume of printing. I am very satisfied and I have been using this product for years now.

Same old HP standard black ink cartridge
This ink cartridge has been around for many years and still gets the job done. However my biggest irritation has always been how the companies that make the printers have you trapped into buying their EXPENSIVE ink month after month year after year until you could have purchased a dozen new printers or more. It just costs way too much. Period.

I had trouble finding replacement for my old printer. On my way out I asked the guy behind the register. He and another employee talked it over and found a cartridge for another model number that they said would work. It did!
