Stressful
From start to finish it was a battle. They hesitated to finish my order because my name was on the account yet they didn't hesitate to take my card number before they said there was a problem (I ordered as a 'guest.') Like that I can pick up ink in store and recycle cartridges in the same place. Ink works great with my printer. Good quality.

Ink is good. For the price it should be GREAT and last longer. Not Staples fault. Staples has one of the best prices. HP charges too much.

Challenging to remove the old cartridge and even more so to install the new. Otherwise it's fine.

Still printing beautiful copies
The HP 60 standard cartridge is right for my jobs. I don’t need to print or copy very much but when I do it is right there waiting for me. Excellent quality but pretty expensive compared to xl cartridges. We will see how long it lasts.

Very expensive have used for several years price continues to go up and most times seen older prints prices drop because soon be off market.
