Stressful
From start to finish it was a battle. They hesitated to finish my order because my name was on the account yet they didn't hesitate to take my card number before they said there was a problem (I ordered as a 'guest.') The quality is great!

Personally I would like to THANK the sales person who assisted me on this day and walking me through on how to locate the right one for my printer. I’ve been going to staples for many years and NOONE has ever showed me how to find the right one for my printer. I never use generic brands for ink. I think it lengthens the life and health of my printer.
This is the standard black inkjet for my 10 year old HP printer. It always works always works and I'm delighted that HP hasn't discontinued it. I have purchased a new HP printer to have ready when I finally have to retire the old model. Thanks HP
