Stressful
From start to finish it was a battle. They hesitated to finish my order because my name was on the account yet they didn't hesitate to take my card number before they said there was a problem (I ordered as a 'guest.') Good Quality
What's to say about an ink cartridge? It works fine. I do recommend HP cartridges but that is rather a mute issue since which brand cartridge you use depends on which brand printer you have.

Ink Printing
I go through these cartridges quickly. I had to print two reams of paper and the ink ran out. This was with me printing 100 pages in color and the rest in black and white

Wrong one
Sorry will be bringing it back. Went to load it this morning and I needed the HP 61 instead of the HP 60 I bought on 7 January

Good service
The folks at the Brunswick staples very helpful in getting me the correct toner cartridge. Thought they were all out but staff went looking into deliveries and found product for me! Many thanks to the staff!

HP ink is the best for HP printers. Suggest never deviating and buying cheaper inks.

No better than other brands
We have tries two other no-name refills which worked just as well at one third the price. We have come to believe that HP is engaged in a giant profit taking rip-off.
