Stressful
From start to finish it was a battle. They hesitated to finish my order because my name was on the account yet they didn't hesitate to take my card number before they said there was a problem (I ordered as a 'guest.') Good service
The folks at the Brunswick staples very helpful in getting me the correct toner cartridge. Thought they were all out but staff went looking into deliveries and found product for me! Many thanks to the staff!

Buy HP Ink
HP ink is the best for HP printers. Suggest never deviating and buying cheaper inks.

No better than other brands
We have tries two other no-name refills which worked just as well at one third the price. We have come to believe that HP is engaged in a giant profit taking rip-off.
