Stressful
From start to finish it was a battle. They hesitated to finish my order because my name was on the account yet they didn't hesitate to take my card number before they said there was a problem (I ordered as a 'guest.') Cost-effective Efficiency
When one does the math the amount of printer ink one gets for this price can't be beat. I've never had an issue with these cartridges and will continue to buy them.

Good ink cartridges
These are standard HP products. They are expensive but they work well. The "XL" cartridge lasts a long time.

Great cartridges & Great Price!
