Stressful
From start to finish it was a battle. They hesitated to finish my order because my name was on the account yet they didn't hesitate to take my card number before they said there was a problem (I ordered as a 'guest.') Good product and printer. Will need a new printer soon. I hope they still use these cartridges.

Not much ink
I knew when I bought it that it was not the "XL" size but even so it ran out of ink pretty fast. Seems like a way to force people to buy the "XL" next time. Beyond that the colors are bright resilient don't smear etc.
