Stressful
From start to finish it was a battle. They hesitated to finish my order because my name was on the account yet they didn't hesitate to take my card number before they said there was a problem (I ordered as a 'guest.') This purchase was a reserve for when the current cartridge run out. But it’s the only brand I use and it is excellent.

Great service dried-up ink
Fantastic Next day service to my business. The Hp 60 ink was a dried up disaster but that is not Staples fault. I am sure they will rectify it when contacted.

Ink runs out too quickly
I need to get a new printer anyway. I'll look into one that doesn't go through ink or toner so quickly. this ink is extremely expensive too.

It was OK may have been sitting on your self for awhile...
It worked and printed what I needed to print. May have been sitting there for a while didn't last too long as previous ones have.

Counterfeit cartridges
I purchased hp ink cartridges from staples and when I put them into my printer it said that they were counterfeit cartridges. I was so frustrated because I had to print something off so I had to go to wal mart and get a new cartridge so I could print.
